I’m eating around the world without leaving London and this week I am having Ecuadorian food at Tostado. This cute eatery tucked away in a narrow alley in Soho serves up dishes prepare according to traditional Ecuadorian recipes. Since I will be heading off to Quito in a few weeks, I was especially curious to get a preview of Ecuadorian food.
